Woodmart Games Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and Woodmart Games and its affiliates (hereinafter “Woodmart Games” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Woodmart Games’ games, websites and related services (the “Service”). In this agreement “Woodmart Games” means Woodmart located at 294 Bay Meadows Ave Bay Shore, NY 11706. “Woodmart Games” also includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership. Use of the Service is also governed by Nitro Games’ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
For United States residents, you also agree that disputes with Woodmart Games must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).
Purchase Terms
Ordering
Purchases are made through the website by providing accurate information. After payment, you will receive your product automatically or from a manager as soon as possible.
Payment
We accept popular payment methods. All payments are processed through secure payment systems.
Item Delivery
Donations are credited to the specified game account. Account information and digital goods are transferred to the buyer immediately after payment confirmation.
Guarantees
We verify accounts and skins before sale. Products are guaranteed according to the description on the product page.
Refunds
Since this product is digital, refunds are only possible in the event of a technical error or failure to deliver the product due to our fault.
Buyer's Responsibility
The buyer is obligated to comply with the game platform rules and provide accurate information when placing an order. We are not responsible for any blocking of the game due to violation of the game rules.
