In this agreement \u201cWoodmart Games\u201d means Woodmart located at 294 Bay Meadows Ave Bay Shore, NY 11706. \u201cWoodmart Games\u201d also includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures and other corporate entities under common ownership.
